Xenophobia in South Africa

From the best blog on the web, Boston.com’s The Big Picture, today’s post features a dozen photographs of recent violence in South Africa. While the post’s title includes “South Africa,” with the current problems in neighboring Zimbabwe, nearly every photo shows Zimbabwean strife and the effect Mugabe’s cruelÂ dictatorship is having on southern Africa as a whole.Â

It’s timely because Zimbabweans went to the polls today (7am local time) to “vote” for only one man on the ballot.
