iTunes 9 Mini Player

Here’s an annoying little change Apple made for iTunes 9:

The standard green “+” circle living at the top left of every window in Mac OS, including iTunes, no longer shrinks the music player into “mini” form. You have to press Option and click the green circle. Or press CMD+SHIFT+M.

    On the contrary, I was happy when I learned of the new “+” button behavior. Now it does what you would expect it to. Now it does what every other similar button does in OS X.

    Then again, I never have taken advantage of the iTunes mini player.
