Home Makeover: ISS

NASA will launch space shuttle Endeavor this week to bring the International Space Station a load of new equipment. The new additions include a Russian-made toilet, a resistanceÂ exerciseÂ machine, a second fridge, and a water filtration system that will convert urine and condensation to drinkable water. NASA is trying to make the ISS a truly self-contained environment meaning everything is recycled and reused.
