After a small debate two days ago on the benefits of continuing to use our long-time favorite SlideShowPro and its behind-the-scenes management tool (Director) or switching to a new method of sharing our photographs with family and friends, Judes and I have settled on a new way forward. A quick account creation at Yahoo! and down the road we went. Destination: Flickr.com.

The benefits of this are primarily two-fold: 1) Flickr is easy, and 2) Flickr is something we both can handle. In our previous arrangement, Jude would do all the grunt work and I’d take care of the uploading. Not as much fun for either of us. I actually don’t know why we didn’t do this a long time ago.

I’ll spare you the rest of the boring details and pass you on now. We’ve done a quick website redesign (judeandmark.com) in light of our newly forged path to enlightened photo sharing — don’t miss it.
